9. Advertising and Google AdMob

10. Image Search Feature

Our platform allows users to perform product searches by selecting a photo from their device's gallery or by taking a new photo using the camera. The images provided by the user are used solely for the purpose of product recognition and analysis.

We only access images that the user explicitly selects for search purposes. The platform does not access or scan the user's photo gallery beyond the image chosen by the user.

10.2 Purpose of Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed to identify products and generate search results. To improve analysis quality and enhance model accuracy, search images may be stored indefinitely in our internal reporting and machine learning systems.

10.3 Data Anonymization

All search images are stored anonymously. They are never linked to user profiles, personal information, account data, or any identifiable attributes.

10.4 No Sharing With Third Parties

Search images are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third-party services except those strictly required for image analysis. Any such processing is performed under secure, privacy-compliant conditions.

11. Cancellation and Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently erased from our system.

12. Legal Obligations

The analyses provided by Beefair are based on publicly available product reviews from e-commerce platforms and video platforms like YouTube. These reviews are processed using AI technology to create unique insights. All analyses are intended for informational purposes only and may vary due to changes in the review pool or AI interpretation.

Quotes from user reviews belong to their respective authors, and Beefair does not claim ownership of this content. Sentiment scores are purely data-driven and may differ across analyses.
